Mike Tatum is one of the most popular and richest American Football Player who was born on April 29, 1986 in Columbus, Ohio, United States. Mike Anthony Tatum, a wide receiver in indoor American football for the Bismarck Bucks (IFL), was born April 29, 1986. He played college football for Oxnard College. In 2009, he signed as an undrafted agent free of charge with the Marion Mayhem. He was a player with the Mayhem from 2009 to 2010. Tatum finished the Fort Wayne FireHawks’ 2010 season. Tatum returned to Marion in 2011 when a new franchise, the Marion Blue Racers, was established. Tatum also played for the Everett Raptors in the IFL. Tatum is well-known for his ability to return and was awarded Special Teams Player of Year in two leagues.

Tatum signed for the Sioux Falls Storm (also of the Indoor Football League) for the 2013 season.

After the Blue Racers season ended, Tatum re-joined the Storm. Tatum enjoyed a 2015 season that saw him finish 7th in the IFL in All-purpose yards. Tatum returned to the Storm for 2016. On October 16, 2017, Tatum re-signed with the Storm.

On January 28, 2019, Tatum signed with the Bismarck Bucks.

Tatum was named IFL Special Teams Players Of The Week 2 times, week 3 and 12. Due to injury, Tatum played in 12 games and accumulated 1015 kick return yards. He averaged 21.1 yards per return. 5 kickoffs were returned for touchdowns. At 48 yards, he tied the record for longest kick return. Tatum had 23 receptions of 325 yards, averaging 14.1 yards per game. His longest reception was 41 yards. He also received 5 touchdowns. Tatum ran for 28 yards and scored on 16 attempts. Tatum was second in all-purpose yards with 1478 and 11 total touchdowns. His efforts were enough to win him the 2012 IFL Special Teams Player Of The Year award.
