Kickham was promoted to the majors by the Giants on May 26, 2013, after two months of service with the Class AAA Fresno Grizzlies. Kickham made his debut against A’s. He went 2.2 innings and allowed 4 runs, 4 walks. Kickham was defeated by the Giants and they failed to win.

Kickham signed with the Bridgeport Bluefish of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball on July 24, 2015. He was released on July 28, 2015 without making an appearance.
