Mike Fuller is one of the most popular and richest American Football Player who was born on April 7, 1953 in Jackson, Mississippi, United States. Michael Fuller QPM, born 1959, also known as Mike Fuller is a former Chief Constabulary of Kent Police and Chief Investigator of the Crown Prosecution Service. He was the first and only chief constable of an ethnic minority in the United Kingdom, as well as the first chief constable- equivalent rank for a black officer.

Fuller assumed his position as Chief Constable for Kent on the 5th of January 2004. As a 16-year-old cadet, Fuller joined the Metropolitan Police and served in uniformed or CID roles throughout London. His service includes several posts at New Scotland Yard, including selection as Special Branch.

He retired from the Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate in 2015 at the end of his 5-year appointment. He has written a book about his experiences in policing entitled Kill the Black One First, published in February 2019.

In 2019, Fuller was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Arden University for his “long-standing commitment to mentoring black officers and community support work”.

He was awarded the G2 Man of the Year Award in 2001 in recognition of his personal accomplishments and contributions to London policing. He was promoted to the position of deputy assistant commissioner in February 2002. He was the Director of Intelligence in the newly created Specialist Crime Directorate.
