Mika “Bana” Lehkosuo, born 8 January 1970 in Helsinki, is a Finnish football coach and former midfielder. She managed Kongsvinger in Norway OBOS-ligaen as well as coaching the Finnish national team.

Lehkosuo was awarded a Master of Science degree in Technology by Helsinki University of Technology in 2003.

On 29 April 2014, Lehkosuo was appointed as the manager of HJK as Sixten Boström was sacked. He led HJK into the Europa League group stages in 2014 with a 5-4 aggregate victory over SK Rapid Wien in the play-off round. He left the club in May 2019.

Lehkosuo signed a loan agreement with Perugia, an Italian Serie A club, in 1998. After playing only eleven games in Italy, he returned to HJK to begin the Veikkausliiga season. Lehkosuo played a more aggressive role in the HJK squad’s captain position in 1999 and 2000. In August 2000, however, Lehkosuo suffered a knee ligament injury. Lehkosuo didn’t fully heal and was forced to stop playing in 2002. He had played 190 matches in Veikkausliiga of which 189 were for HJK.

Lehkosuo was promoted to midfielder in the Veikkausliiga over the next seasons. He formed the winning midfield trio Aki Riihilahti, Jarkko Wiss and Jarkko Wiss at the end of 1990. They won the league title in 1997. The next season they progressed to the group stage in UEFA Champions League.

Lehkosuo spent most of his time at HJK Helsinki. After three years playing with Vantaan Pallo, Lehkosuo was not a prominent youth player. Lehkosuo started his managerial career with HJK youth teams quickly after retiring as a player. In 2005, he was appointed as assistant manager of Ville Lyytikäinen of Ykkönen (the second tier) side FC Honka. After Lyytikäinen was sacked, Lehkosuo became head coach. He guided the team to the top place of Ykkönen. In the first season in the Veikkausliiga Lehkosuo guided his team to the fourth place. In 2007 Honka was again fourth. In 2008 Lehkosuo guided Honka to second place and to the UEFA Cup qualifications for the next season. In 2009 Honka was again second in the league table. Lehkosuo managed FC Honka until February 2014.
