Michele Fitzgerald (born May 5, 1990) is an American travel consultant best known for competing on the reality competition show Survivor. She was voted the winner of the show’s 32nd season, Survivor: Kaôh Rōng, on May 18, 2016. Michele also competed on the shows 40th season, Survivor: Winners at War where she became the 2nd runner-up.

At the Final Tribal Council, while Fitzgerald was commended for playing from the bottom and got credit for her win from Driebergen, the jury focused most of their attention on Vlachos and Anderson. Fitzgerald ended with zero votes to win, losing to Vlachos, who would win in a 12-4-0 vote and become Survivor’s second ever two time winner. In post-game interviews, Holland, Boatwright, Wilson, and Adam Klein all stated that they would have liked to vote for Fitzgerald so that she could finish in second place rather than third. However, they all voted for Vlachos because they did not want to risk Anderson winning. Vlachos himself has also said that any jury votes he didn’t get should have gone to Fitzgerald because she, unlike Anderson, managed to survive the full thirty-nine days without being voted off.
