He was the secretary of Dnipropetrovsk-Kryvyi Rig Epachy from 1996 to May 2004. He was also the dean for the Holy Spirit’s temple at Dnipropetrovsk. He studied at the Noginsk theological Seminary. Later, he graduated from Volynska’s theological seminary in 1999.
