Snegirev participated in the final round of the series in 2009, at Snetterton. He scored five points in his one race and failed to finish in two other races. Snegirev returned to the series for the final two weekends at Silverstone and Croft in 2010. He won a race at Croft, and he took two podiums to Silverstone.
In 2011, Snegirev made his Formula Two debut. He had three point-scoring finishes in sixteen races, and finished eighteenth in the championship. After missing the first round of the 2012 season at Silverstone due to Auto GP commitments, he returned to the series for the remainder of the season.
Snegirev stepped up to the Auto GP World Series in 2012 joining Campos Racing.
Snegirev, a member of Team West-Tec, made his debut in the National Class in the British Formula 3 Championship in 2009. He finished fourth in the championship, despite missing two rounds at Spa and Hockenheim.

Snegirev, unlike most other racing drivers, had never raced in a kart and made his Formula Palmer Audi racing debut in 2007. Snegirev finished nineteenth with 14 points-scoring finishes, six retirements and a total of 19 overall. Snegirev was still in the series in 2008 and improved to eleventh in the championship. He was still running at each finish. Sixth place at Donington was his best result.
Snegirev participated in the Rockingham races as part of the 2008 Formula Renault 2.0 UK Winter Cup. Snegirev also participated in two races in the main series 2009 with Tempus Sport.
He remained in the series in 2010, but switched to the Championship Class and Fortec Motorsport. Despite his Formula Two involvement Snegirev returned to the series in 2011, competing at Brands Hatch, Donington Park and Silverstone.
