Meazza was a member of the former country rock band PUEBLO. It was produced by La Bionda. In April 1974, he began recording with the band at Apple Studios in London. Ariola recorded him a single in Germany and he returned to Milan in 1979. Appaloosa Records signed him and recorded three albums with Skip Battin, Shaving The Car, Personal exile with Skip Battin (American band The Byrds) and Better Late Than Never. He signed with Solid Air Records in 1985 and recorded Nightime Call, which he accompanied by Paolo Fresu. He recorded Summer of 71, which was published by Solid Air Records via I.R.D.w.
Meazza returned to Pueblo in 1999 and recorded the reunion CD The Big Thunder together with Claudio Bazzari, a blues guitarist. In 2005, an EP entitled The Sleepless City was released. It was recorded with Luigi Bonafede. One year later, Highway 101 was released. Meazza began to perform live in 2007 and recorded West Coast Hotel the following year.
