Vincello was a part of the National Professional Soccer League’s short-lived expansion team, the Toronto ThunderHawks, during the 2000-2001 indoor season. The ThunderHawks reached the postseason with Vincello finishing second in their National Conference. They were then defeated by the Milwaukee Wave.
After impressing at the Copa Latina tournament, Miami in 2000, the Toronto Lynx signed him. From 2000 to 2003, he was able to play in at least 20 games per season with the Lynx. He also averaged 2,092.5 minutes on the field each season. On August 29, 2003, he scored his first goal with the Lynx against the Calgary Storm.

His highlights during the season were on August 26, 2007 where he played his 100th game for the Montreal club, becoming the 12th player in Impact history to reach this mark.
