On 30 June 2013, Baldivieso signed for Liga de Futbol Profesional Boliviano club Nacional Potosi on a free transfer. Baldivieso made his debut with his new team on August 4, 2013. He started in a 2-0 win against his old club Aurora, before being replaced in the 50th minute.

He played for Jorge Wilstermann from 2015 to 2016.

In 2015, he signed with Universitario de Sucre. He made 3 appearances and scored 1 goal with them.
