He signed with Montreal Impact, a rival team after Toronto was relegated to the PDL. He made his Impact debut on April 21st 2007 as a substitute for Mauro biello and scored a goal. Palleschi played in 26 games for Impact, scoring 3 goals. Palleschi signed with Italia Shooters of the Canadian Soccer League, and was elected team captain. On May 30, 2008, he scored his first goal against TFC Academy in a 2-0 win at home. The Shooters won the second International Division title. The Shooters reached the semifinals of the playoffs but were defeated in the semi-final match by the eventual champions, the Serbian White Eagles.

He was signed in 2006 by the Toronto Lynx, USL First Division. On April 22, 2006, he made his debut against the Virginia Beach Mariners. He lost 2-0. In a 2-1 loss to the Puerto Rico Islanders, he scored his first goal. He scored the only goal in a 1-0 win in the quarter-final match of the Open Canada Cup against Hamilton Serbians. He was a part of the team’s 10-game undefeated streak at-home. The season also featured the Open Canada Cup final. However, he lost 2-0 to Ottawa St. Anthony Italia.

Palleschi was born on Richmond Hill in Ontario. His college soccer career began with the Humber College Hawks. He was Team MVP and made the CCAA All- Canadian Team his rookie year. He went to Italy in 2003 to play in the Serie C2/B alongside Frosinone Calcio. On April 27, 2003, he made his debut against Acireale. After a short stint in Italy, he returned to Canada to join the Vaughan Sun Devils of the Canadian Professional Soccer League. He was a part of the CPSL Championship final in his first season with Vaughan, but lost 1-0 against the Brampton Hitmen. He was Vaughan’s top goal scorer in his second season with 9 goals. He scored two goals in the Metro Lions’ 5-3 win. He scored two goals against Toronto Supra in a 4-1 win.

This forced him to miss most of 2005 CPSL season. He was a part of the postseason, where he scored a hat-trick in a 4-1 victory over Toronto Croatia. This led Vaughan to the Championship finals for the third year in a row. They were defeated by the Oakville Blue Devils 2-1.

In 2014, he played in the Ontario Soccer League with the Richmond Hill Madrid where he finished as the top goalscorer in the Central Premier division and was named MVP.
