Masahito Kakihara is one of the most popular and richest Amateur Wrestler who was born on April 29, 1972 in Niihama, Ehime Prefecture, Japan. Masahito Kakihara (Yuan Yuan Xian Ren , Kakihara Masahito, born on April 29, 1972) is an ex- Japanese professional wrestler who is well-known for his involvement with New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) as well as UWF International (UWFI).

The year 2000 saw Misawa, Kakihara and several wrestlers departed to start Pro Wrestling Noah. In his debut fight, Kakihara appeared wearing mixed martial arts gloves.
