Marvin Austin Jr. (born on January 10, 1989) is an ex- American soccer nose guard. He was selected to the New York Giants in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played for the University of North Carolina. Austin was also a player in his team the Miami Dolphins, Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos.

A resident from Washington, D. C., Austin chose to go to Coolidge High School in the Manor Park neighborhood, despite being wooed by famous D. C. area sports teams such as DeMatha from middle school. In 2005, as a junior Austin was able to lead Coolidge to win the D. C.
