Scotland Yard wishes to question the man who Magnussen was seen leaving the nightclub with the night of her murder, Farouk Abdulhak, her friend and son of a billionaire, who is also one of Yemen’s most wealthy males, Shaher Abdulhak. Farouk Abdulhak, along with Vik Magnussen have been seen departing at the Maddox club in early morning hours on March 14 and boarding the same taxi. He was a resident of the flat block where Vik was found. Police have flight records that prove the fact that Farouk Abdulhak went to London to Cairo on March 14 and then believed to have left for Yemen. There is a suspicion that the accused flew to Cairo to Sanaa in the private plane of his father’s plane. On the 23rd of March, there was a report that Farouk was at the office of lawyer Mohammed al Bakwli in Sana’a the capital city of Yemen and sought legal help. He. al Bakwli declares that Farouk is able to be interrogated by British authorities, so they occur in Yemen. Farouk was first identified as a possible suspect by British authorities for the first time June 23, 2008. The following day, on the 30th July 2008 Farouk was officially identified as an individual suspected suspect to the Metropolitan Police, and listed as wanted on Scotland Yard’s “Wanted” site.
