Martin Reim is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on May 14, 1971 in Tallinn, Estonia. Martin Reim (born 14 May 1971) is an Estonian football coach and former professional footballer.

The year 1992 was the time that Reim became a part of Meistriliiga club Flora as the successor of Lovid. Lovid team. He was awarded seven trophies by Flora which included four Meistriliiga titles in 1993-94 and 1994-95, 1997-98, and

1998. He also took home the two Estonian Cups, in 1994-95 and 1997-98, and also an Estonian Supercup in 1998.

In June 1999, Reim joined Veikkausliiga club KTP on loan until the end of the season. The move was made permanent in December 1999, for a reported fee of 150,000 FIM (400,000 EEK).

In 2007, Reim opened a football academy (Martin Reimi Jalgpallikool). In 2016, the academy team Viimsi MRJK merged with Esiliiga B club HÜJK Emmaste, and became Viimsi JK.

Reim made his debut international for Estonia on the 3rd of June 1992, during an historic draw of 1-1 in a match against Slovenia during a friendlies game at Kadriorg Stadium. It was Estonia’s debut official match since independence. It was also Slovenia’s first match ever. Reim was the first player to score an international goal the 23rd of May 1994 in an 1-0 loss at home to Wales in an international friendly. He was awarded the Estonian Silverball award for the best goal scored by Estonia’s national team during this year, three times in 1995, 1997, and 1999. On June 2, 2001, Reim played his 100th game for Estonia in an away loss of 2-4 against the Netherlands in a qualifying game for the 2002 FIFA World Cup. He concluded his international career by playing an official match on June 6, 2009, winning 3-0 at home against Equatorial Guinea. With 14 goals and 157 appearances scored in Estonia, he is the country’s top played player in all time.

On 14 September 2016, the Estonian Football Association appointed Reim as manager of the Estonia national team until the end of the qualification tournament for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
