Martin Paul Bicknell (born 14 January 1969 in Guildford, Surrey) is an ex- English cricketer. He was a part of the four test matches including the final two being with South Africa in 2003, taking place ten years after the two first games in 1993 Ashes series. England had played 114 times between appearances, an all-time record. He was thought to be the worst luck to never be given the home Tests while proving to be an effective wicket-taker in the county cricket.

His autobiography, Bickers. was published in 2008.

The first time he played in the first-class was in 1986. Although he initially planned to stop playing at the conclusion of the season of 2006 but he was hit with a number of minor injuries that forced him to announce his earlier retirement from the first-class game on August 9, 2006. He then went on to accept a position at Charterhouse School as the Master in charge of Cricket.
