Marlon Manalo (born on 27th November 1975, in Mandaluyong City, Philippines) is a former Filipino professional pool player from Mandaluyong City, Philippines. He was appointed an official of the League of Barangays of the Philippines Media Relation Officer as well as ABC president.

Most of the time a snooker player, in a country that has only 4 tables Manalo is known as “Marvelous,” has earned green baize wins against tough opponents. He defeated Yang Ching-shun Francisco Bustamante and Efren Reyes in consecutive match at the 2004 WPC but lost out in the final 8 to Marcus Chamat.

In 2006, Manalo could have been one of the first Philippine players, along with Dennis Orcollo, to compete in the World Straight Pool Championship but withdrew to compete in another tournament in Bangkok, Thailand. That same year, he made it to the final of the IPT North American Eight-ball Open Championship. He was bested, however, by Thorsten Hohmann who won the mammoth $350K first prize. Manalo settle for $99K.

After he settled for second place in the 2007 Philippine National Championships to Lee Van Corteza, Manalo won the title against Antonio Gabica a year later.

Manalo almost won his first title in the world at the 2004 World Eight-ball Championship. However, he was defeated by his fellow countryman, Efren Reyes.

As a former snooker player, Manalo has played for the Philippines numerous occasions in his participation in the Asian Games and Southeast Asian Games. At the 2001 World Games, Manalo was awarded an award of silver in the snooker competition finishing second to Bjorn Haneveer from Belgium.

His debut as a professional in pool was at the Tirador Nine-ball Championship at Manila in 2003.
