He also officiated at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. as well as at the 2014 IRB Junior World Championship, taking charge of three matches, including the 5th-place play-off semi-final between Australia and Samoa,

2012 saw him as a referee for several Varsity Cup and Varsity Shield matches, in addition to being in charge of three games in the 2011 Vodacom Cup. In his debut Currie Cup appointment was the game against both the SWD Eagles and Boland Cavaliers in George and the match was also his responsibility. He also supervised his role in the Cavaliers game against Griffons in Welkom in Welkom, as well as some matches at the 2012 Provincial Championship of Under-21 and the game against Wales U-18 as well as England Under-18.
