Mario Marcell Haggan (born March 3 1980) is an ex- American football player who played for the National Football League for the Buffalo Bills, the Denver Broncos as well as the St. Louis Rams. He was chosen to Buffalo Bills during the seventh selection round of 2003 NFL Draft after playing college football at Mississippi State.

As of 2008, Haggan got signed by the Denver Broncos. Haggan was selected as the team’s starting OLB as well as a defensive captain in 2009 and played in all 16 games of the year. He moved to ILB and put together the best performance of his life with 87 tackles over 16 starts. Haggan was among only two Bronco players to play in every game of 2010 and 2009. Haggan was regarded in the eyes of the Broncos as an in-depth player due to his versatility. Haggan was raised living in Clarksdale, Mississippi, where he went to Clarksdale High School and played football, and earned the distinction of an All-American. He was selected to the first team state-wide by Jackson Clarion- Ledger and played in the Mississippi/Alabama All-Star Game. Haggan helped his team win an overall state Class 4A championship in 1997. As as a senior, he had 3 Fumble recoveries. He is ranked 8th among MSU in history, with the most tackles with 359.
