Marie-Laure Delie (born 29 January 1988) is a French football player who is a player in the Madrid CFF of the Primera Division. She is striker and is also an active member of the France women’s national team. She made her debut with the team on September 23, 2009.

On the 23rd of September 2009 Delie got her debut debut with the senior women’s national squad against Croatia. In her debut Delie scored her debut international strike in the 7-0 victory away. The following game with the team, which was against Estonia she scored two goals. France took the win 12-0. Delie quickly joined the team and ended with a 2-0 win in 2011’s FIFA Women’s World Cup qualification round with nine goals. The 2011 Cyprus Cup, Delie scored an impressive tournament-high of six goals. Her goals came from distinct hat tricks during wins against New Zealand and Scotland. On the 15th of June, 2011, during a practice game in preparation for 2011, the FIFA Women’s World Cup, Delie scored two goals for the team in a 2-1 win against Belgium. In the friendly match against Belgium on the 18th of June, Delie netted a hat goal in a 7-0 victory. The triple was her third of the last five games of the French team. She scored the sole goal of the first match at the World Cup against Nigeria at the Rhein-Neckar Arena, converting at close range following an attack by Eugenie Le Sommer. In the team’s defense of the Challenge de France, Delie scored a team-high six goals in five matches as Montpellier reached the final for the second consecutive season. The club was unable to defend its title though losing 5–0 to Delie’s former club Paris Saint-Germain in the final. In the Champions League, Delie scored three goals in the first qualifying rounds in wins over Bulgarian club NSA Sofia and Macedonian outfit ZFK Tikvesanka. In the Round of 32, Delie scored the team’s final goal in a 3–1 second leg victory over the women’s section of Belgian club Standard Liège. Montpellier were later defeated in the quarter-finals by Swedish club Umeå. Delie ultimately finished the season with 34 total appearances and a team-leading 28 goals.

After a great season at Paris Saint-Germain, Montpellier remained eager to sign the promising young striker. At the end of June, Delie was able to join Montpellier and was presented with jersey number 23 by the manager Sarak M’Barek. In her debut season at Montpellier she scored 19 team-leading goals and was instrumental in helping the club to win in the 2009-2010 Challenge de France. Delie was a force in the field during the 2009-10 season, because Montpellier weren’t just playing in national competitions and also in the 2009-10 season of the UEFA Women’s Champions League. She was the second highest scorer in this league, behind Eugenie Le Sommer who scored 18 goals in 20 league matches.

Delie began her professional career as a player for Olympique Viarmes Asnieres, just north of where she was born. After five years with Olympique Viarmes Asnieres, Delie moved to Domont FC, In 2005, Delie being selected to the CNFE Clairefontaine, the women’s section of the highly regarded Clairefontaine academy. Delie played two seasons with the team , playing 37 times with 19 goals scored. In the 2007-2008 season, Delie drew interest from both Division 1 Feminine clubs Montpellier and Paris Saint-Germain. The latter club eventually accepted her offer to join the Paris Saint-Germain club. In her one-season stay with the team, she took part in all the club’s league games and scored 16 goals.
