As a No. 1 seed in the West Region, Relphorde helped take Team Colorado to the Super 16 Round, but was defeated by Armored Athlete 84-75.
On June 22, 2017, Relphorde signed with the Israeli team Maccabi Rehovot of the Israeli National League. Relphorde led Rehovot to the 2018 National League Playoffs as the third seed, but they eventually were eliminated by Maccabi Kiryat Gat in the Semifinals.
In the middle of the 2012-2013 season, he moved to Naglis Palangos, a Lithuanian club. Next, he played for Salon Vilpas in Finland. He then joined Maccabi Tel Aviv, an Israeli powerhouse, in 2013 to tryouts. For the remainder of 2013-2014, he returned to Salon Vilpas.
