Larrondo was purchased by Torino for EUR700,000. He signed a three year contract with Siena and had the option of a fourth. He made his debut 17 August 2013, losing 1-2 to Pescara in the third round Coppa Italia. Larrondo injured his foot in his third appearance. He was playing against Milan in a 2-2 draw. This resulted in him missing much of the season. After an alleged elbow by Nigel de Jong, Larondo also needed stitches. He was back on the field in February 2014, but was again injured in March. In the final match of the season, he scored his first goal for Torino against his old team, Fiorentina (2-2). The co-ownership agreement between Siena and Torino was renegotiated on 20 June 2014. Emanuele Gatto, who had moved to Siena, accepted the deal. He scored two goals against Brommapojkarna in the Europa League preliminaries on 31 July.

On 24 July 2015, he was transferred outright to Rosario Central.

He scored the second goal in a 2-0 win over U.S. Grosseto F.C. on 12 November 2009. during Coppa Italia. His first goal in Serie A came on 21 March 2010, during Siena Bologna. It ended 1-0. Siena were relegated from Serie A at the end of the season. In a 2-1 victory against Reggina, he scored his first goal in Serie B. Larrondo scored 6 goals in 27 appearances for Siena at the end of the season.

In 2005, Larrondo started his youth career at Fernandez Alvarez. He moved to Sportivo Desamparados the following year. River Plate purchased him in June 2007. He was a participant in the 2008 Viareggio Tournament, scoring four goals in three matches. However, he did not make it to the first team.
