Manal Benchlikha, also known as Manal (Arabic: MNL BNshlykh@; born 18 September 1993), is a Moroccan singer/songwriter and urban pop singer. Manal is originally from Marrakech and grew up in the red capital, where she continues her studies in finance and business. She had always wanted to be a musician and posted covers on YouTube. Hamza Aitkhali discovered her, the partner in DJ Van, and she was able to upload them.

Manal, a division under Sony Music Entertainment France, signed a distribution agreement with RCA Records in November 2019. She also announced the release her debut album 360.

Manal’s third single, Taj (Crown), was released in February 2018. Its music video, which is a departure from Manal’s usual sound, created a buzz that quickly gained millions of views. It is the most popular Arabic rap song by a female artist. Taj was followed by the release of Nah, featuring Shayfeen, a Moroccan rap duo. Manal then released her biggest single, Slay, in collaboration avec ElGrandeToto.
