Maki Ohguro is one of the most popular and richest Singer who was born on December 31, 1969 in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. 1989 was her “3rd Bad” audition at Being Inc.

She has been performing live on Maki Ohguro 2017 Live Step since February 2017. ~Higher//Higher//Chuunen yo Atsuku Nare!! Greatest Hits + in 47 Prefectures. She released “Lie,Lie,Lie” in September 2017 as her first single since hiatus. This was later used in media to open the Anime TV series Case Closed. Ohguro performed three songs from Luna Sea’s 2017 album, Luv. She also sang backing vocals at Makuhari Messe’s Lunatic Fest on June 24, 2018.

After six years of hiatus, Maki announced in June 2016 that she would resume her music activities under her debut company Being Inc.. She released “Higher Higher” digitally two months later. Maki made her first television appearance in 18 years of Music Station on 18 November 2016.
