Moore was a part of the AFC Wimbledon squad that won promotion. He also became the first AFC Wimbledon footballer to score a goal at the Football League Cup. It took place in a 3-2 loss by Crawley Town on 29th July 2011. Moore made his Football League debut on the 6th of August 2011 in AFC Wimbledon’s first Football League match against Bristol Rovers. It ended in a 3-2 loss. He played in 37 league games and scored 11 league goals during the 2011-12 season for AFC Wimbledon. On 5 May 2012, he made his 100th appearance for AFC Wimbledon. He scored twice in the 3-1 victory over Shrewsbury Town. In a 3-1 victory over Southend United, he scored his 25th league goal. He added to his 2012-13 League Two goals with two goals against Exeter City on 13 March 2013. Preceding his release from AFC Wimbledon, Moore joined Isthmian League Premier Division side Margate in May 2014. Following a three-year spell with the Kent- based side, Moore opted to join Billericay Town for the 2016–17 campaign.

Moore was a free transfer to the newly-promoted Conference side AFC Wimbledon, on 5 June 2009. Moore, a 21-year-old forward, made his debut for AFC Wimbledon in a 1-1 draw against Luton Town on August 8, 2009. He was substituted for Derek Duncan in the 68th. In a 2-1 victory over Kettering Town, he made his debut for “The Dons”. On 18 August 2009, he scored his first goals for AFC Wimbledon. He opened the scoring in the 18th minute. A second goal in the 90th minutes completed the win. This earned him the Man of the Match award. In the 2009-10 season, he scored three goals against his old club Ebbsfleet United. The first was a draw of 2-2 on September 19, 2009, and the second and third were a 3-0 victory on November 24, 2009. He scored 7 league goals in just 30 games during his first season at AFC Wimbledon. In the 2010-11 campaign, Moore was a prominent player for “The Dons”, scoring 7 league goals in 33 games to help “The Dons”, in their quest for promotion. Moore was a target for Coventry City in January 2011. However, he was not offered a formal contract. Moore was pivotal in “The Dons’ 2010-11 Conference playoff semi-final matches against Fleetwood Town. He scored a goal in Leg 1 on 6 May 2011, which helped the Dons win by 2-0. The forward also participated in the replay of the Second Leg on 11 May 2011, which saw “The Dons”, defeat Fleetwood Town 6-1. Terry Brown selected him to play in the 2010-11 Conference playoff final against Luton Town, 21 May 2011, at the City of Manchester Stadium before 18,195. After the extra time ended at 0-0, the game was reduced to penalty shoot-out. Moore won his penalty, and AFC Wimbledon won 4-3. Captain Danny Kedwell won the winner, which secured the club’s promotion into the Football League.

Moore was born in Gravesend in Kent, but grew up in Northfleet. He attended Shears Green Junior School there and played football for Gravesham Primary Schools FA. He moved to Northfleet Technology College at the age of 11 and continued playing for Gravesham Schools FA secondary school. He began his professional career in football at the age of 15 at Gravesend and Northfleet, later known as Ebbsfleet United. Moore played for the youth team for two years while also participating in the Club’s Programme For Academic and Sporting Excellence.
