Abbadie began work on his extensive story about the Necronomicon in 1992. It is based on and continues the stories he wrote to the Cthulhu Mythos. El Necronomicon : un comentario ((2000) is a compilation of all his work. His many writings on the topic have made him an expert on the Necronomicon. Only 250 copies were printed when El ultimo relato de Ambrose Bierce (1995), was first published. A new edition was announced for this work in 1996. However, it was apparently canceled before it could be realized. El Informador, a journal published on January 3, 1996, stated that the second edition had been published and was sold out.
