Foresti, who had previously been involved in junior motocross, made his karting debut in June 2006 at Brasilia’s Kartodromo Waltinho Ferrari, finishing in fourth place in the Novice category. In 2007, he switched to karting full time and won four state championships as a rookie. Foresti competed in a Birel Sudanam for Dibo Racing and won the state championships in Super Centro-Oeste and Goiania. He also finished second overall in Brazil and in Open Masters SP. Foresti, who was promoted to the Graduate B class in 2008 won the regional championships in the same areas as Minas Gerais. He also finished second at the 500 Milhas de Granja Viana Piquet Sports.
Foresti, who was a competitor in the 2008 Brazilian Grand Prix-supporting Formula BMW Americas rounds, moved to the Formula Three Sudamericana in 2009. He is now driving for Cesario Formula. Foresti came in third place in the championship with a single pole position in Campo Grande and a victory at Autodromo Internacional Orlando Moura.
