Luca Ghiotto is one of the most popular and richest Italian racing driver who was born on February 24, 1995 in Arzignano, Veneto, Italy. Luca Ghiotto, born 24 February 1995, is an Italian racing driver who competes in Formula 2 for Hitech Grand prix and FIA WEC together with Ginetta.
Ghiotto was first to make his debut at Spa in 2014 with Trident. He took pole position.
He remained with Trident for 2015, taking five victories in the season, but losing the title to Esteban Ocon by eight points.
In February 2016, it was announced that Ghiotto would be graduating to the series, whilst continuing his collaboration with Trident. After a shaky start to the season, he claimed his first victory at the sprint race in Sepang and finished eighth in the overall standings.
Ghiotto remained at Prema as they switched to the 2-litre Formula Renault machine to compete in the final rounds Formula Renault 2.0 Alps & Formula Renault 2.0 NEC at end 2012. Ghiotto was a full-time campaigner in Formula Renault 2.0 Alps as well as the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0. He remained with Prema. He finished ninth in the final championship standings with a podium finish at Le Castellet and a win at Spa. He finished second to Antonio Fuoco in the Alps series with five wins. He also won the Formula Renault 2.0 Pau Trophy main race.

Ghiotto was the first single-seater driver to make his debut in 2011, taking part in Formula Abarth for Prema Powerteam. He was ninth in the Italian Series standings, with one podium at Misano. In the European Series, he was sixth with four podiums. In 2012, he contested his second campaign with the same team and finished as the runner-up in both championships.
Ghiotto graduated to the Formula Renault 3.5 Series in 2014, competing for International Draco Racing.
