She plays for Arsenal in England’s FA WSL. Her previous club football experience includes playing for Glasgow City, her home country, as well as Turbine Potsdam, FC Bayern Munich, and Turbine Potsdam in Germany’s Frauen Bundesliga. She won the domestic league title in each of these three countries.

After spotting Evans in their 17-0 UEFA Women’s Champions League win over Glasgow City, Turbine Potsdam, German Frauen-Bundesliga Champions, invited Evans to a trial. It was announced that Evans had signed a professional contract at Potsdam on 12 June 2012. Evans’s contract was extended for two more years in December 2012. In April 2015, Evans announced that she had signed a three-year contract with Turbine’s Frauen-Bundesliga rivals FC Bayern Munich, to begin the following season. Evans made her debut in the Scottish national soccer team’s match against Wales in October 2011. Evans scored her first international goal during a friendly 5-1 win over Northern Ireland in Belfast in February 2012. Evans was part of the squad that narrowly missed qualifying for the UEFA Women’s Euro
