Justin Michael Sandy (born February 22nd 1982) is an ex- American soccer safety. The team signed him by Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent in 2004. He played in the NCAA football tournament in Northern Iowa.

After leaving Titans Titans, Sandy earned a place on the roster of Cleveland Browns. Sandy was accepted with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted rookie free agent on April 28th the 28th of April, 2004. After getting the respect of teammates and coaches when he was in the team’s practice, he was added on the roster of active players and was able to make his NFL debut with the Jacksonville Jaguars on November 21. In the 3rd quarter of his first NFL game, he sustained a stress fracture to his left foot as he blocked an opponent in a special teams game. He was able to play the game, but fell to the ground shortly after the end of the game due to pain . He was taken to the training area for treatment immediately. After surgery and a few months of rehab on his left foot, Sandy had a second setback in his career after sustaining similar injuries on the right side of his foot. Desiring to return to playing in the next season, Sandy was seeking second opinions. After talking with coaches and doctors Sandy decided to skip the standard rehabilitation process for a controversial cancer treatment that was supposed to speed up the healing of bones. The time for healing was reduced by half, but he was able be back to play in the final preseason game in 2005 against San Francisco 49ers. In 2005 the second season of his career for the Titans the team, he participated in three games. He started with his debut NFL game against The Baltimore Ravens on September 21 before suffering his third major injury in the space of one year. Sandy was again injured on his right foot following a leap over a fullback while trying to block the RB of the Ravens. He ended the season with two sacks but was not able for the remainder of the season. When asked about his injuries, Sandy responded with the words “Tough times don’t last, tough people do.” He cited his favorite high school coach Walt Fiegel.
