Junie Allen Browning (born May 12 1985) is an American mixed martial artist from the United States. He was a part-time cast member on the Spike TV show The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira in vs. Team Mir.

In December of 2011, Browning was believed to be involved in a dispute within an incident in the Phuket Province of Thailand. The reports claim that he was physically attacked by an expatriate woman at the bar. The incident resulted in threats to Junie’s life from locals associated in The Thai mafia. On his Facebook page, Browning admits to getting involved in a fight at a bar after some one “and about 10 of his friends started a fight”. The fight ended up with Browning being taken to hospital for treatment. Browning suffered several gashes to his neck and head, as well as an injury to his arm. The perpetrators did not suffer any serious injuries, other than minor abrasions on their arms and hands.

As of the 11/12/2012 date, Browning has announced on Facebook that he’s a month sober and continues live in Kentucky.

On the 13th of December, the 13th of December, 2008 Browning was able to take on Team Mir castmate Dave Kaplan on the main card of The Ultimate Fighter 8 Finale and won with an armbar. Browning and Kaplan both took home $25,000 for “Fight of the Night.” Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg repeatedly emphasized how Browning’s fighting and footwork has improved significantly following his performance in The Ultimate Fighter season 8.

Browning had the decision to make his UFC debut in the ring against Scott Cornwell for MMA Big Show. Browning won the fight via submission after the triangle choke. On February 5 2010 Browning was defeated by Aaron Hall via TKO at Wild Bill’s Fight Night 25 when his opponent’s corner stopped the fight in one round because of an injury to his groin. Then, Browning lost to Swedish fighter Reza Madadi at Superior Challenge 5 on May 1st, 2010 through Submission (Guillotine choke) at 0:22, round 2. Browning is currently training Jiu-Jitsu at Hollywood with 10th Planet HQ with Eddie Bravo. Junie was scheduled to compete on April 30 , firstly against Navid Yousefi in Superior Challenge 7 in Sweden but was later injured and was replaced by Carlos Prada. On April 21, Superior Challenge announced on their website that the fight was cancelled.

After nearly four years away from active professional MMA competition, Browning returned in October 2016 to face Jeremy Myers in a welterweight bout at Hardrock MMA 84. He won the fight via TKO in the first round.
