In late 2009 he founded Bancredito International Bank and Bancredito Foundation & Group in the U.S. In the beginning of 2012, he founded Britannia Financial Group in London and has acquired other financial institutions, such as Consultiva International Group. He also currently sits as a member of the board on several other corporations.

In the mid 90s, He began his work at his first job at the Caracas Stock Exchange in Multinvest Casa de Bolsa (a brokerage firm) in which he was an officer until 1998. In the same year, he was appointed CEO of Inversiones Transbanca (holding that results from the transaction of Banco Caracas), becoming one of the largest shareholders as well as the director of senior of companies like Kia Motors of Venezuela, BMW of Venezuela, BBO Financial Services, Transporte de Valores Bancarios de Venezuela (Securities Transport company), Bolivar Banco Universal (becoming at the age of 29 the chairman of the Board of Directors), Banco Activo Banco Comercial as well as Banco Desarrollo del Microempresario.
