In the 18th round of 2016’s NRL season Chudleigh was able to make the NRL debut as a Cowboys with his old club that was that of the Canberra Raiders, scoring a score. On the 22nd of August Chudleigh signed a new contract with the Cowboys for an additional 2 seasons, which lasted until the year’s end.

Two weeks after his return, in a game against the Northern Pride, he ruptured his ACL for the second time, ruling him out for the remainder of the 2018 season.

In 2019, Chudleigh joined the Townsville Blackhawks for the 2019 season.

In December of 2016, Chudleigh ruptured his anterior ligament of the cruciate (ACL) during training, which meant he was out for the 2017 season.

In 2010 Chudleigh was a part of his club, the Raiders’ Harold Matthews Cup team. He also was a player in the team’s SG Ball Cup side, scoring a goal in the season’s Grand Final which they lost to Balmain Tigers. In 2013, following an extended break from the league, Chudleigh was a part of with the Queanbeyan Blues in the Canberra Rugby League competition following being brought back into the sport by the former Raiders captain and former Queanbeyan Coach Simon Woolford. In October 2013 the player signed a one-year deal for the North Queensland Cowboys, joining their NYC team. He played in 22 games for the Cowboys in 2014, and was awarded his club’s NYC Award for the Best Player. On 13 September 2018, he was announced by the Cowboys as one of nine players leaving the club at the end of the 2018 season.
