Joseph Blair (born June 12 1974) is an American professional basketball player who played in the NBA and currently assistant coach of the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). At 2.10m (6 feet 10.75 inches) tall and weighing in at 120kg (265 pounds) Blair spent the majority of his entire career at the position of center and power forward. He was known for his dazzling style of play and his dazzling style of play, particularly when being a part of the Harlem Globetrotters.

After returning to the U.S., to play for the Harlem Globetrotters and the Long Island Surf which is a member from the United States Basketball League (USBL), Blair returned to Europe in 1998.

After being let go by Seattle He then moved to Europe after which he signed with France together with Pau-Orthez during the 1997-98 season.

Blair was a four-year player in basketball in the college of the Arizona Wildcats of the Pacific-10 Conference in the NCAA Division I. Blair averaged 10.4 per game and 6.5 per game in his time at the college level, and Blair was part of Arizona’s two regular-season Pac-10 championships between 1993 and 1994. He was a member of the Arizona team that advanced into finals in the 1994 NCAA Final Four.

Although he was selected as the 35th pick in 1996’s NBA Draft, by the Seattle SuperSonics, Blair didn’t join the team, and his agent arranged the release of him in. Later in his career playing in a preseason game for the Chicago Bulls in 2007, was his closest towards playing for the NBA prior to being released from the Bulls in October, just two weeks after signing.
