Jorge Morcillo is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on March 11, 1986 in Valencia, Valencian Community, Spain. Jorge Garcia Morcillo (born 11 March 1986) is a Spanish footballer who is central defender for Recreativo de Huelva.

The 2nd of July, 2012 Morcillo was signed by Recreativo de Huelva after signing the signing of a two-year contract. He scored a record-breaking six goals in just 35 games during the second season of his contract, helping the club with the longest history in Spain to finish eighth.

Morcillo scored his first goal in the Spanish top flight on 23 May 2015, netting his team’s second in a 2–4 home loss against Real Sociedad. On 4 July, he severed ties with the Madrid organisation and signed a three-year contract with UD Almería in the second level.

On 15 June 2018, Morcillo was arrested after being accused of match fixing. He was subsequently released, after the police declared the evidence against him to be ‘inconclusive’.

After two seasons at The Basque team, Morcillo signed with CD Alcoyano newly moved to the second division. Morcillo played his first game as a professional on the 27th of August 2011, in a 1-1 draw at home with CD Numancia, and scored his first goal about one month later. He scored the team’s only goal in a 1-1 draw against Villarreal CF B also at the Estadio El Collao.

The city of his birth is Valencia, Valencian Community, Morcillo graduated from Valencia CF’s youth set-up and made his debut as a senior alongside the slumbering neighbors UD Pucol. The club reverted him to the former club in during the heat of summer 2007 and was later loaned by Segunda Division B sides Real Jaen and Benidorm CF.

Then, in July of 2009 Morcillo ended his deal with Valencia and was able to join Cordoba CF of Segunda Division. Morcillo left the Andalusians on the 29th of December and then moved into Deportivo Alaves in the third stage.

On 16 June 2014, Morcillo signed a three-year contract with La Liga’s Rayo Vallecano. He made his debut in the competition on 31 August, coming on as a substitute for Alberto Bueno in a 2–2 draw at Deportivo de La Coruña.
