Jordan Nicholson (born 29 September 1993) is a English professional footballer who is an attacking midfielder at National League North club Hereford. He played previously with the Football League for Peterborough United and Barnet and also in non-league football for a variety of clubs.

Nicholson took over from his manager of Nuneaton, Tommy Wright, to a different National North club, Darlington in June of 2018. The season ended as the top scorer with 11 goals and 43 goals before being released after mutual consent.

Nicholson was appointed a loanee for the season to National League North club Nuneaton Town on August 4, 2016 to play the season but was later recalled in March of 2017 as the club’s parent wanted to evaluate the player. Nicholson was brought to Nuneaton on loan in the 2017-18 campaign. The 31st of January, 2018he became called back and was subsequently signed by League Two club Barnet permanently. He was recalled in Barnet’s National League North in March on loan to Brackley Town for the remainder in the course of the campaign. Nicholson got released by Barnet at the close in the campaign.

Nicholson began his professional career as a youngand reserve team player for Cambridge City, and made an appearance as a substitute in the club’s Southern League team in April 2013 before departing the club towards the end in the 2013 season. He scored numerous goals during 2013-14 throughout Cambridgeshire County League football for Sawston United, before an equally productive, though injury-afflicted 2014-15 season during the United Counties League with Eynesbury Rovers. He signed with Histon in Histon of the Southern League Premier Division in the summer of the year 2015 which saw him score 15 goals over the span of just four months.

After a test, Nicholson signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with League One club Peterborough United on the 24th of December, 2015 after which Nicholson resigned from his previous job as a caregiver. Nicholson got his Football League debut on 20 February, 2016, when he came on as a substitute at half- time to Harry Toffolo in a 3-0 loss at Millwall on the pitch at The Den.

He signed for Hereford, also of the National League North, in June 2019. In January 2020, Nicholson joined Buxton on loan.
