John Charles Fourcade, Jr. (born on October 11, 1960) is a former professional American football quarterback from the National Football League for the New Orleans Saints and recent head coach of the New Mexico Stars of American Indoor Football. Fourcade was the top player in the 1982 Senior Bowl after passing for the 115-yard mark and running three yards with two scores. He had racked up 6,713 yards for Ole Miss from 1978-1981, surpassing the record set by Archie Manning.

In 2008 He led Acadiana’s Mudbugs into the SIFL’s first playoffs , and ended the season with a 6-6. For the 2010 season he was dismissed following the team’s loss in their opening game (they were later changed to”The Lafayette Wildcatters) and replaced by the former Arena League coach Skip Foster.
