Joe Raduka (Serbian: Jovica Raduka/JovitsaPaduka ; born January 18th 1954) is a former Serbian-American soccer player . He began the career of Red Star Belgrade before spending time playing for outdoor and indoor teams from Belgium, the U.S., Canada and Belgium. He is the current director of an academy soccer team located in Cleveland, Ohio.

After the Force was disbanded, Raduka retired from playing professionally and started the coaching profession. He was the first coach of the local German club (Danubschauben) team in Olmsted Falls. Many of the players who participated in his program were recruited into Cleveland All-Star team. He created the Cleveland soccer team, Cleveland United and is still the manager and director. Alongside coaching teams for youth, Raduka was an assistant coach for Cleveland Crunch of MISL from 1989 to 1990. While the Drillers did poorly outside, they did earn the NASL Indoor title back in the year 1981. The team dissolved after the 1982 outdoor season , and Raduka was transferred into his new team, the Golden Bay Earthquakes. The Earthquakes are one of the NASL team, were playing the 1982-83 indoor season in the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL). He also played his outdoor time with the Edmonton Eagles of the Canadian Professional Soccer League (CPSL). The league was only for one season before it collapsed and Raduka went back to U.S. to rejoin the MISL. But the Earthquakes were back in the NASL and Raduka was a part of with the Cleveland Force. He spent the following four seasons with his Force before the club disbanded in 1987.

Raduka was a professional soccer player who began in the Yugoslav First League club Red Star Belgrade. The 9th of February, 1978 Raduka signed a contract for two years for the Oakland Stompers of the North American Soccer League (NASL). Then, at the conclusion of the 1978 season the Stompers moved in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and were renamed as the Edmonton Drillers. Raduka played for four years in Edmonton. In addition, he played in the 1979-80 NASL off-season in the Belgian team Namur. The loan was made due to his friend Serb Milan Mandaric who owned the San Jose Earthquakes as well as being a part owner of Namur.
