Joseph Henry Lengson, (born on the 6th of October 1989) is an American musician as well as author and photographer. Lengson is well-known for his participation in the MetalState/Tooth & Nail group, MyChildren MyBride and is currently performing under the name The Woodsman’s Babe.

In the fall of 2010, Lengson was offered a role hosting an MTVu television show that ranked the most popular music videos after winning an event that was hosted by Mountain Dew, but declined the opportunity to continue his tour. On May 11, 2011, Lengson’s novel called”Sleeping in Parking Lots, a 30-chapter collection of stories from tour and life lessons from his own experience and lessons, was released worldwide.

In 2012 Lengson left MyChildren MyBride and moved back to Los Angeles to focus on a new solo musical project, The Woodsman’s Babe. Lengson played his last show with Mychildren Mybride at the House of Blues in Anaheim, CA.

In August 2013, The Woodsman’s Babe signed with the independent record label Autumn + Colour, where he released the self-titled EP . In February 2015, The Woodsman’s Babe signed with CI Records, where the debut full-length album is to be released.

The year 2007 was the time that Lengson’s friend from high school, Robert Bloomfield, asked Lengson to join Mychildren Mybride to be a full-time bassist. They signed with the record label Tooth & Nail Records / Solid State Records. At the time , Lengson was a medical student studies at Northern Arizona University. Lengson joined the band in September 2007 and became a member the group Mychildren Mybride. The group released their debut album in 2008 Unbreakable, (Joey Sturgis, Adam Dutkiewicz) the 2010 album Lost Boy, (Matt Goldman Jason Seucof and Matt Goldman) that landed at number one on Billboard 200 and the 2012 self-titled album Mychildren Mybride.
