Jerell Dwayne Springser (born on 19 January 1999) is a American basketball player with BC Kavkasia of the Georgia A League. At 6 feet 6 inches tall (1.98 millimeters) and weighting 180 pounds (81.6 kg) at the time, he was a top recruit within Nevada on the school-level. He attended Shadow Ridge and Desert Pines High School in Las Vegas. Even though his senior season at the school’s other was marred by eligibility issues however, he was a three-star recruit who was a committed basketball player in college at Southern Utah. But, he decided not to sign up and later chose to sign up for the JBA.

After the close of the first JBA year, Springer played as one of 14 athletes who were part of the JBA’s USA Team in their international tour for the year 2018. The USA JBA Team made its first international trip on 22 September, Springer put up 8 points and seven rebounds in a tight 120-118 victory against the Svendborg Rabbits of Denmark. On the 8th of October Springer was the top scorer by scoring 36 in the 131-118 victory against BK Liepajas Lavas of the Latvian Basketball League. Springer scored 27 points from 11-of-19 shooting with three rebounds and eight steals in a 135-127 victory against CSKA-2 on the 11th of October.

In January 2020, Springer signed a one-year deal with BC Kavkasia of the Georgia A League. He was named A League Player of the week on March 13, 2020, after posting 29 points and 11 rebounds against Burji.

In his senior year, Springer moved into Desert Pines High School in Las Vegas. After being declared unfit to play at the old school, his parents decided to hire an attorney to look into the eligibility issue that was referred to the district court. Springer stated, “It was pretty hard watching knowing it was my final year and I didn’t have nothing else to put out there on the table.” A temporary court ruling permitted him to play a game on January 21st of 2017, where he scored seven points in the game against Ed W. Clark High School. He scored 1-of-14 on the field. Even though he was absent for the remainder of the season the Desert Pines took home the State championship for Class 3A the state title.

Springer played three years of high school basketball at Shadow Ridge High School in Las Vegas, Nevada. In July of 2015, at the Full-Court Press All-West Camp in Norwalk, California, he was one of 25 players named to be on the All- Star team. As as a junior, Springer averaged 20.4 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists to earn All-League and third-team All-State accolades. In the final stretch this season, he was one of the top prospects in the state, and was offered scholarships to Pacific as well as Southern Utah.

A day later, Springer recorded a game-high 48 points in a close 150–145 loss against the Los Angeles Ballers. He was named to the West roster for the JBA All-Star Game. In the championship game, a 132-121 loss to Los Angeles, Springer led Seattle in scoring with 32 points.
