Jasmine “Jazzy” Kerber (born on December 4 in 1997) has retired as an American person who is a rhythmic gymnast. She was the Pan-American Games all-around silver medallist. In the 2015 the season Kerber took part in the Valentine Cup and finished 6th in the all-around. On March 27-29, Kerber competed at the 2015 Lisboa World Cup and finished 16th overall. On April 10-12, Kerber finished last in 56th position in the all-around competition in the 2014 Pesaro World Cup following her withdrawal from the last two apparatus events. On May 8-10, Kerber participated in the Corbeil Essonnes International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament . She placed 5th in all-around. She was able to make it to the finals of 3 events and was 4th in ball as well as 7th in the hoop as well as 8th on ribbon. Kerber won the all-around silver during the 2015 US National Championships behind Laura Zeng. In the 2014 Pan American Games, Kerber took home the silver medal for all-around ahead of Zeng She qualified for the 4 apparatus finals and took silver in the hoop as well as ribbon, ball and bronze in the clubs. At the end of August Kerber placed 25th overall event at the 2014 Sofia World Cup. In the 2014 World Cup Final in Kazan, Kerber finished 30th in the all-around. On September 9-13, Kerber (together along with teammates Laura Zeng, Camilla Feeley and Serena Lu) competed at the 2015 World Championships in Stuttgart and Team USA finishing 9th. Kerber was 39th in the All-around qualifying and didn’t make it to the Top 24 finals. Kerber finished her career following Worlds and is now pursuing the course of study with Stanford University.
In the 2014 season, Kerber competed at the World Cup series in Lisboa where she was 12th all-around. She placed 18th overall during the 2014 Stuttgart World Cup. Kerber took home the gold medal in all-around in the 2014 US Championships (tied with Rebecca Sereda) and later was awarded the all-around gold medal in the 2014 Pan American Championships in Toronto, Canada. In the 2014 World Cup Final in Kazan, Russia, Kerber finished 13th in the all-around competition in front of Japanese’s Kaho Minagawa. Between September 22 and 27, Kerber competed at the 2014 World Championships and finished 19th in the all- around finals. He was a distant second to Ukrainian gymnast Viktoria Mazur.

Kerber began gymnastics at age 4, coincidently after a trip to a local shopping mall where she saw her first rhythmic performance on what just happened to be National Gymnastics Day. She describes her gymnastics style as “less power and more balletic”. Kerber attended public school at Highland Park High School and graduated in 2015. After taking 2015-2016 as a gap year to focus on her gymnastics, she is studying at Stanford. Kerber speaks English, Russian and French.
