1994. He currently plays for Astoria Brydgoszcz in the Polish Basketball League. He was a college basketball player for the Seton Hall Pirates as well as the George Washington Colonials.

Sina was undrafted and joined AVIS Utilitas Rapla, Estonian Korvpalli Meistriliiga. Sina left Rapla and went to France as a free agent to join the Pro B side ADA Blois Basket 41. He won the Pro B championship with Blois and was promoted to the French top-tier Pro A. Sina signed an agreement with Flyers Wels, Austria on October 3, 2018.

Sina transferred from Seton Hall in 2015 because of what he called an “untenable locker-room environment”. He averaged 7.0 point per game. After transferring to George Washington, he played 34 games at point guard for GW, averaging 9 and 3.3 points per game. In 2016, he graduated from George Washington. He signed with an agent to play in Europe professionally, and was automatically eligible for the 2017 NBA Draft, as a result of his redshirt junior departure.
