In addition to performing frequently, Idris has a studio in South London where he has recorded and mixed numerous albums, and has amassed an impressive collection of albums, including two Mercury-nominated albums were mixed by him with his band – Melting Pot with Zoe Rahman and Basquiat Strings Album of his debut – and MOBO-nominated album “Love The Letters And Other Missiles from Julia Biel which he produced. He has written and composed music for film and television and is currently developing songs for the feature film that is expected to release in the 2020/21 timeframe.
