Huang Chin-Chih is one of the most popular and richest Baseball Player who was born on January 18, 1978 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Huang moved to China’s Professional Baseball League with the Macoto Gida team. In 2003, he was 0-1 and had a 3.54 ERA. He wasn’t as dominant as he was in the TML but he still managed to be a strong player despite having shoulder problems. In 2004, he was 2-4 with 6 saves, and a 3.21 ERA. He then had surgery that left him out of 2005. In 2006, he had a 5.40 ERA with limited action. He was an ace starter in 2006, but was now a LOOGY. He went 1-1 with 2 saves, and a 1.82 ERA over 39 IP for Macoto (now known as the Macoto Cobras).
In 2008, the Cobras were dmedia T-REXs and Huang requested to return to the south. Hsiang-Kai Shih was his trade to the La New Bears. In his first season with the Bears, he was 4-3 and had a 4.56 ERA. The veteran was 1-0 in 2009 with 3 saves, and a 3.26 ERA over 56 games. Between Matt Perisho, Po-Hsuan Keng and him, he was fifth in the CPBL for appearances. He was used regularly as a starter for the first time after his operations the next year. His record was 6-3, 3.50.
Huang was the oldest player on Taiwan’s rosterfor the 2013 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers, about 7 months ahead of Cheng-Min Peng. In his lone outing, in the opener against New Zealand, he relieved Yao-Lin Wang with a 1–0 lead in the 4th, a man on second and two out. He struck out Daniel Devonshire to end the inning. In the 5th, he gave up back-to-back hits to Beau Bishop and Moko Moanaroa. After Max Brown bunted the runners over, Ta-Yuan Kuan relieved. Taiwan went on to a 10–0 rout and would win a spot in the 2013 World Baseball Classic.
Huang was the Taichung Agan’s first pick in the Taiwan Major League Draft 2001. He was a success, going 7-3 and posting a league-leading 1.62 ERA. Yi- sung Li, who was second, was solidly ahead. He was awarded Rookie of The Year and Finals MVP. He was instrumental in bringing Taiwan to the 2001 Asian Championship Gold. However, he was only the second Taiwanese native to do so, after Yi-Hsin Chen (American Don Aug, Japanese Hisanobu Watanabe, and Takehiro Ishii). He would also become the final MVP of the loop, as the TML disintegrated at the end of the year. He was awarded a Silver Medal for Taiwan at the 2002 Asian Games.

Huang Chin-chih, Chinese: Huang Qin Zhi / pinyin: Huang Qinzhi ) is a Taiwanese professional baseball player. He was born on January 1, 1978 and is currently a pitching coach for the Chinatrust Brothers in China’s Professional Baseball League.
Huang won two games during the 1989 Little League World Series. His Kaohsiung- based team reached the finals. He played right field in the final and was 0 for 1. After that, he lost to Trumbull, CT 5-2. Huang also played three times for Taiwan in the World Junior Championship. He was awarded a Bronze medal in 1994’s World Junior Championship as well as a Silver medal in 1995’s World Junior Championship. He was the MVP of the 1996 Asian Junior Championship.
