Teder founded Multon in 1995 with Dmitriy Kozhev in St Petersburg and Dmitriy Triitskiy in Moscow. The company quickly became a leader in the industry with the launch of trademarks Dobriy and RICH. The Coca-Cola Company bought Multon in 2005 for $501 million.
