Haruka Ishida (Shi Qing Xiang / Ishida Haruka) is a Japanese actress, voice actor, and former member of AKB48, the Japanese idol girl group. Co-host of the TV Tokyo variety show Dream Creator, she is also a voice actress. She has voiced on several anime shows including Nobunaga the Fool, where she was the voice of Bianchi Tepes.

Ishida quit the group on March 30, 2016 to pursue a career in voice acting. Danganronpa V3 Killing Harmony saw her voice as Miu Iruma, an inventor, self- centered, and vulgar who is a charmer similar to a child. Because of her role as Chihiro in Danganronpa The Stage, Ishida was chosen to play Iruma. Kazutaka Kodaka was proud of Ishida’s ability to perform many of Miu’s “unimaginable” lines. During the recording sessions, Ishida’s manager was very funny.

Haruka Ishida auditioned in December 2011 for AKB0048, a science-fiction anime series. She was chosen from 200 applicants to play the role Kanata Shinonome. She sang the insert songs and also sang the theme song for the group “NO NAME”, which released it as a single. She was the center performer on the B-side song “Gugutasu no Sora”, which was released on Manatsu no Sounds Good! She was 50th in AKB48’s 2012 general elections and, as such, she appeared on the B side single “Show Fight” of the group’s 27th single Gingham Check. Haruka Ishida was a guest commentator on the Nico Nico 4th Video Awards.
