Gustavo Bebianno Rocha (18 January 1964 – 14 March 2020) was a Brazilian lawyer and advisor to President Jair Bolsonaro (PSL). Bebianno became the acting President of the Social Liberal Party in March 2018, following the registration of Luciano Bivar to run for the federal deputy in the election of 2018.
Following her joining of in the Social Liberal Party in March 2018 Bebianno was elected National Vice President of the party. She was also elected Acting National President following the departure of Luciano Bivar, president and founder of the PSL.
On 14 March 2020, Bebianno died in Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro due to a heart attack.
On October 28, 2018, Bivar quit as the party’s President and Bivar took over his post.

Bebianno started his studies in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), however, he dropped out in the year 1990. The following year, he made the move to Miami to instruct Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, after achieving black belt. After four years after that, he came back to Rio to complete his training. The year 2014 was the time that Gustavo was willing to serve as a lawyer to the then Federal deputy Jair Bolsonaro. The congressman declined, and only three years later, in the year 2017 to help him with his presidential campaign.
On the 21st of November just a month and a half after Bolsonaro’s victory in the 2018 elections, Bebianno was announced Secretary-General of the Presidency.
On 15 February 2019, President Bolsonaro decided to fire Bebianno after a scheme in which a federal deputy candidate received 400,000 BRL (125391.85 USD) from a public fund and got only 274 votes in the 2018 election, when Bebianno was the PSL National President. Bebianno claimed to have formal documentation for all the funds he requested at direction by the State.
