Hillegonda Maria Francisca (Gonny) van Oudenallen, born Hillegonda Maria Francisca (Gonny) Koster (born Amsterdam on 31 January 1957) is the Creative Director of Studio Dreams Come True, she has been in the position since 1987. She was previously an elected Dutch politician. From April 1998 to March 2006 she served as a councillor for the City of Amsterdam for the Amsterdam Mobiel party. She was an elected part of the House of Representatives from 7 July 2006 until November 2006 as an uninvolved MP.

On the 24th of October, 2006 van Oudenallen made headlines, for failing to acknowledge the health Minister Hans Hoogervorst during the weekly questions during the House. Hoogervorst replied to questions, and even a note from the president of the House, Frans Weisglas, was not enough to aid in her recognition of the minister.

With the permission from her local party, Van Oudenallen was a candidate for the Pim Fortuyn List (LPF) during the year 2003 Dutch elections. However, she was unable to secure seats (Hilbrand Nawijn received more favorable votes). Then, in June of 2006, the place in the parliament was made vacant due to Margot Kraneveldt had retired. It was the LPF did not wish to have the former MP, Ms. van Oudenallen as a member of their party, so she was seated as a solo party, Groep van Oudenallen.

Van Oudenallen started her career as a stewardess with KLM along with Martinair. In 1987, she established her own public relations and designing firm within Amsterdam, “Studio Dreams Come True”. In the following year, she founded”Poets Companie, “Poetscompanie” an all girl theatrical shoe-shine company. She has written a few theater pieces that were written to promote business clients. Up to now, she worked in public relations as well as interior design. Since December 2008, she has been the head of Vijzelstraat Museum in Amsterdam. In 2010, she began studying law in The University of Amsterdam.

In 1998, she was elected an elected councillor for Amsterdam as part of her Mokum Mobiel party Mokum Mobiel (Mobile Mokum) which she co-founded. Mokum Mobiel Party was mainly involved in parking and traffic problems in Amsterdam. Some of Mokum Mobiel motions have been approved through City Hall. The time was when Gonny van Oudenallen held a variety of roles inside city hall. City of Amsterdam: Vice President, Account Committee City of Amsterdam Chairperson, Ports and Finance Commission, as a member of all City Council Committees, appointed by the Mayor to the inquiry committee for procurement of the metro line that is being built. In 2006, she was an MP, until the elections to parliament in November 2006, at which point Van Oudenallen stood down. In the same year, she became a part of the CDA Party.
