On 29 January 2020, Mensha returned to Iran signing with Gol Gohar Sirjan. He made his debut for the club on 1 February, coming on as a substitute for Mehrdad Bayrami in the 58th minute of a 1–1 draw against Pars Jonoubi Jam. Six days later he scored his first goal for the club in the 1–1 draw against Tractor.

On the 27th of July, 2016 Mensha was signed by Iranian club Paykan for a one- year deal. On August 7 Mensha made his debut in a 3-1 loss to Tractor Sazi. On the 20th of September, coming in as a substitute Mensha scored his first goals for Paykan and scored a brace during an away victory of 3-2 against the champions of the past Esteghlal Khuzestan. In the Premier League, he scored fifteen goals. Mensha scored the number three most prolific scoring player of the Premier League for the 2016-17 season, with three goals more than Golden Boot winner Mehdi Taremi.
