Gergana is one of the most popular and richest Singer who was born on November 30, 1984 in Dimitrovgrad, Haskovo, Bulgaria. Gergana is born the 30th of November 1984 in Dimitrovgrad and was the daughter of Lilyana as well as Georgi Katsarski. She grew up together with grandparents Govedartsi. Gergana has an older sister called Lazarina. Her cousin is famous football player Stoyko Sakaliev. Gergana finished her secondary education through The Dimitrovgrad Music School, where she was a specialist in Pop singing. At the night of prom, Gergana participated in a group of chosen students who performed in front of all the students. The performance was recorded and led producer Todor Dimitrov-Tokicha’s attention to Gergana and, in 2003 Gergana became a member of Payner Music.

In February 2007,, she released her 4th studio album “Sweet Side Of Things,” with 10 new tracks. In the first few days of the album, she has sold out of 5000 copies. The first song to be released “Karma” is presented as chat in the New Year’s TV Planeta. The video was released nearly in tandem with the release of the album. The 20th of April is when she releases the video for “Una Passion”, the first single performed by Gergana in a language other than her own in this instance Spanish. In the summer of 2007, for the fourth time in a row she is a part of the tour across the country with Payner Music. The same time, she dropped a new single “Mozhe Bi Tochno Ti” that features hip-hop artist Zhoro Rapa.

On February 26, 2013, Gergana performed a medley of rock remixes of her greatest hits at the 11th Annual Music Awards of Planeta TV.

On 9 February, a Bulgarian reality TV show Gospodari na Efira, revealed that backvocals of the song are from British- Palestinian hip-hop singer Shadia Mansour’s song “Kollon 3endon Dababaat”, whose lyrics concern the tragedies of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. The song was immediately pulled and lead to a public apology from the singer and her record label.

In the latter half of 2004 she debuted her second album “Kakto Nikoi Drug” (“Like nobody else”) The album included a dedication to her mother who passed away the 30th of September, 2004, due to cancer. The album performed extremely well in the charts, selling over 40000 albums in the year 2004. The top track “Boli” (“It Hurts”) was released simultaneously with two different versions (original and Acoustic) with two music videos. The track “Posledna Vecher” (“Last Night”) was released as a follow-up single in the summer of 2004. In the summers of 2004 and in 2005, Gergana participated in the nationwide summer Tour of Payner, “Planeta Prima”. On December 16, 2005, Gergana launched her third album titled “Sini Ochi” (“Blue eyes”). The album sold around 20,000 copies and was placed 5th on the Best-selling album of the 2005 charts. Gergana shot music video for the two versions of the lead track “Sini Ochi”, following the same strategy as her second album. In spring, Gergana released a new single, “Niakoi Den, Mozhe Bi” (“Someday maybe”). In the Spring of 2006 Gergana made a video for the track “Sladkata Strana Na Neshchata” (“The sweet side of things”) at the Graf Ignatievo air base. Videos for the songs “Do Utre” (“‘Till Tomorrow”) and “Iskam Samo Liubovta Ti” (“I Only I Want Your Love” followed. The singer also appeared three times on their summer concert tour with Payner Music.

Gergana Georgieva Katsarska (in Bulgarian: Gergana Georgieva Katsarska) (born on the 30th of November 1984) is a Bulgarian pop-folk artist, who is often described as “the Barbie doll of pop-folk”. Her initial stage career (2003-2004) was defined by the huge popularity in her first single “Gubia te bavno” followed by a debut album that was the best-selling.

Gergana’s fame grew in the autumn of 2003 after her first track “Gubia te bavno” (“Gubya Te Bavno” which translates to “Slowly I’m losing you”) was a huge hit. The album titled “Gubia te bavno” was released at the final quarter of 2003 and went on to be one of the top selling albums of 2003 and 2004 , having sold more than 100,000 copies. In the summer of 2004, Gergana sang her very first duet single “For you, love” with her good acquaintance Anelia.

On 21 September 2009 she releases the video for “Имам Нужда (I Need)” where she shot her boyfriend, and on December 24 she releases video for “To When”. In mid-May 2010 expires on the internet song “Нова Любов” (“New Love”). Gergana failed to shoot video of this song, but instead, at the end of the same month the singer releases the video for the song “Да Започнем От Средата” (“Let’s start from the middle”), which became a summer hit as fans of the show on Planet TV “Folkmaraton.” On October 29, 2010 released the video for the song “Facebook”, which in the words of Gergana is dedicated global network Facebook, where she meets many friends. On December 30, 2010 she releases the video for the ballad “Който Иска Да Вярва” (“Whoever Wants to Believe”), and on June 3, 2011 appears a new single called “Първичен инстинкт,” a joint project with her friend Galin, with the video of the song. On December 20, Gergana performed her new song “Ще Издържиш Ли?” (“Will You Resist?”) at the presentation of her colleague and friend Preslava’s album “Как ти стои” (“How It Suits You”).
